    This post made me think of a poem that I had written in my journal, Feb.4, 1991

    Happiness is our God given right
    Not easily grasped as common insight.
    Sadness so often conquers our day
    Making us think that there is no other way.
    It is time to take back the gifts we've been given...
    To allow joy and contentment abide here as in Heaven!
